Real Talk: Donuts have been one of my top favorite breakfast choices since I was a kid. There is really nothing that compares to endless possibilities that donuts can provide. Whether you are a child at heart or like to stick to the classics, this recipe works for everyone!

Maple Bacon Glaze:
Step 1: Cook bacon at 400F until crispy. Make sure to put bacon in oven before the oven preheats.
Step 2: Make the Maple Glaze (https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2014/09/17/maple-glazed-donuts)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
Dunk the donuts in the maple glaze once reached the correct consistency (should be thick but smooth enough to still drip). Then scatter the bacon on top finishing with a drizzle of the maple glaze!
Fruity Pebble Donut:
Step 1: Make the Icing (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/doughnut-glaze-recipe-1915369)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Step 2: Sprinkle with Fruity Pebbles
Step 3: Drizzle with Icing for the perfect finish!
Powder Sugar: "Traditionalist"
Step 1: Make sure that donuts are FULLY cool before dunking in powder sugar (or else the sugar can melt)
Step 2: Cover with powder sugar until all donut surface is covered
Step 3: Enjoy :)
